Throughout the pandemic, PhD student Henry Schott has served the National Junior Classical League, its quiz bowl tradition Certamen, and various local chapters, writing quiz questions and helping to run the conventions. This week he is volunteering at the summer NJCL Convention, his eleventh virtual event of this kind since April 2020.
