The John and Penelope Biggs Department of Classics is delighted to share that Patrick Andrews, a PhD student in Classics, has accepted a tenure‑track assistant professorship in the Classics department at Benedictine College in Atchison, Kansas.
Beginning in August, Patrick will join Benedictine College as a member of the Classics faculty, where he will teach Classics courses as well as courses in the college’s Great Books program.
Patrick is currently completing his PhD dissertation and has been an active and valued member of the WashU Classics community throughout his graduate career. His appointment marks a significant milestone, reflecting years of dedicated scholarship, teaching, and professional development.
