The Department of Classics and the Program in Comparative Literature hosted a colloquium to celebrate the teaching and scholarship of Penelope Biggs. Leading Classics scholars gave papers on three of the areas most dear to Dr. Biggs: Ovid, Sophocles, and the teaching of Latin. The complete program of the event is here.
