Read here about junior Minsung "Michael" Joo, the third recipient of the scholarship named after Professor Emeritus of Classics George Pepe. As a first-year student coming from South Korea, Michael was one of the last students able to study with Professor Pepe before his retirement. He credits the course Text & Tradition: Early Political Thought with helping him acclimatize to life as a Wash U student. Congratulations, Michael!
