Donations to the WashU Classics Department allowed MA student Phillip Register to attend the annual meeting of the Society for Classical Studies in Chicago. Philip reports on the experience:
The numismatics (and also papyrology, epigraphy, and historiography) panels I attended at SCS were stimulating and the two presentations which touched on the Lysimachi reinforced some of my own ideas. I asked at least one question at every panel I attended, and I was pleased to network a little as well.
