Readings in archaic and classical Greek literature. The course will include selections from poetry and prose (e.g Homer, Pindar, Aeschylus, Herodotus, Thucydides, etc.) as well as secondary literature on the subject matter. Prerequisite: Graduate standing in Classics or permission of the instructor
