Constantine Karathanasis’ research featured in Emerging Scholars Series

The dissertation project of PhD student Constantine Karathanasis, titled Enter Homo Oeconomicus: Civic Motivation and Civic Education in Aristophanic Comedy, has been chosen for inclusion in the new Emerging Scholars video series sponsored by NYU’s Center for Ancient Studies. The video features Constantine and NYU Professor Hallie Franks discussing the project.

The Emerging Scholars Series engages the work of current PhD candidates from U.S. and international institutions to showcase research that takes innovative approaches to the study of the ancient world or that incorporates non-traditional materials and/or methods.

Congratulations, Constantine!
