Papyri Collection Highlighted in University Libraries' Blog

Some of the most ancient manuscripts in Washington University's Manuscripts Collections are contained in a collection of 445 papyrus manuscript fragments dating from the 1st or 2nd century BC to the 7th century AD. The papyrus collection is one of our department's most prized possessions. Thank you to University Libraries for highlighting the collection, and we look forward to their future blog post about graduate student Phillip Caprara, who is currently working on restoring and creating new translations and making the collection more visible.
